End of Service Notice

Starting from August 1, 2020, app updates and compatibility support for new phones will be discontinued.

Even after the update discontinuation date, you will still be able to use the existing app.

However, please note that it may become difficult to provide support for new bugs or changes in third-party services, as well as new features and services through app updates. Additionally, compatibility may be limited to the devices listed under "Compatible OS version" and "Compatible models" below:

• Compatible OS version: iOS 10.0 to iOS 13.0
• Compatible models: iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, XS Max, XS, XR, X, 8, 8 Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 6S, 6S Plus, SE

Please also take note that certain app features are available through the Gear 360 related PC programs (Gear 360 ActionDirector for PCs and Gear 360 for Mac).

You can download the PC programs related to Gear 360 until February 28, 2024. After that date, you can still use the downloaded PC programs, but please be aware that update support (bug fixes or changes in third-party services, provision of new features and services) will no longer be available.
